NGMN Industry Conference & Exhibition 2024
NGMN will organize the NGMN Industry Conference & Exhibition 2024 (“Conference”) from 10 to 12 September 2024 at the BWM World, Am Olympiapark 1, 80809 Munich/ Germany,
Company is interested in attending the Conference.
The following Conference Terms & Conditions apply for such attendance of Company.
The following general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between the Company and Next Generation Mobile Networks Alliance e.V. (hereinafter “NGMN”). Differing general terms and conditions of the Company shall not apply.
1. Registration
Registrations for the Conference can only be made in written form via the tool Guest TOO and will be taken into account in the order in which they are received. The registration will become legally binding with a written registration confirmation via email from NGMN.
2. Subject matter of this Contract
By registering to the Conference, Company will become entitled to attend the NGMN Industry Conference & Exhibition 2024 with one (1) named participant throughout the Conference.
NGMN reserves the right to cancel the Conference if there are reasons for which NGMN is not responsible (insufficient registration numbers, illness of speakers, force majeure, etc.). In this case, Company will be notified immediately, and participation fees already paid will be refunded. The Company will have no further claims, except in cases of intentional or gross negligent behaviour by NGMN. Claims for reimbursement by Company due to merely temporary disruptions or shortfall of dedicated speakers or exhibitors are excluded.
3. Cancellation by Company
Cancellations or in case participant does not show up for the Conference will have no effect on the payment obligation of the participation fee.
Company is entitled to replace an already nominated participant by another participant at no additional cost via clicking on “change details” on the confirmation email.
4. Participation Fee
The participation fee for the Conference values is at 1500 EUR excl. VAT for Delegate Ticket/750 EUR excl. VAT for Reduced Delegate Ticket and is per person and for the entire Conference and includes access to the conference and exhibition and meals.
The Company can only offset claims that have been legally established or recognized in writing by NGMN. The Company is only authorized to exercise a right of retention to the extent that his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
5. Copyright
All Conference documents are protected by copyright. Company is granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use. Neither Company nor its participant is permitted to change the content or editorial content of the Conference documents – even excerpts – or to use modified versions, to copy them for third parties, to make them publicly accessible or to forward them, to post them on the internet or in other networks for a fee or free of charge, imitate them, resell them or use them for commercial purposes. Any copyright notices, marks or trademarks may not be removed. All of the aforementioned provisions of this section also apply to any image and sound recordings of the Conference itself.
6. Image and Sound Recordings
Participants can be filmed, photographed and/or interviewed at the Conference – you will be additionally informed about this when entering into the Conference area. NGMN is allowed to use the photographs, film recordings and/ or interviews created free of charge for documentation and advertising purposes in online and offline media; in case participant does not agree to the foregoing it is entitled to object to its image and sound recordings.
7. Liability
The Conference is carefully prepared and carried out by qualified speakers and exhibitors. NGMN assumes no liability for the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the Conference, the exhibition, shown content, provided documents and/ or the implementation of the Conference as such.
8. Miscellaneous
German law applies with the exclusion of the UN purchase law. To the extent permitted by law, the place of performance and jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany.
